FAQ

Does the QR code expire or stop working?
No. The QR code is just a visual form of your link — it works as long as the group link works. If you revoke the invite link in Telegram, the old QR code stops working with it (generate a new one with the updated link).
Does it work with private invite links?
Yes. Invite links (t.me/+AbCdEf…) work normally: whoever scans it lands straight on the join screen, even for private groups.
Which format should I pick: PNG or SVG?
PNG covers everything digital: posts, stories, messages and slides. SVG is vector — it scales to any size without pixelation, ideal for printing on posters, banners, shirts or stickers.
Can I change the colors without breaking the QR code?
Yes, with one rule: keep high contrast between the code color and the background (dark code on a light background is safest). Colors too close together, or a light code on a dark background, may fail on some scanners.
